RETREAT POLICIES AGREEMENT

Re:Grounded/MBody Pilates Retreat with Robin Krasner /Marcia Sheldon
La Casa Amor, Portugal
April 24-30, 2026

Please carefully read all the terms and conditions of this agreement detailed below. By booking your spot and participating in this retreat (hereinafter the “Retreat”), you understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Cancellation & Registration Policies:

Our cancellation policy is strict and firm. Cancellation/travel insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to protect your investment in the retreat and travel plans.

- A deposit of $1000.00 per room is due upon verbal or written agreement and is non-refundable/non-transferable.
- Final retreat balance payment is due by November 1, 2025.
- If the final balance is not received by November 1, 2025, this will constitute withdrawal from the Retreat, and the initial deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made on or before November 1, 2025: You will forfeit your deposit of $1000.00; however, any additional payments made will be refunded.
- Cancellations made after November 1, 2025 are 100% non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation by Re:Grounded/MBody:
- If the retreat is canceled by Re:Grounded/MBody, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

I understand there are no refunds if I choose to cancel, change, or opt out of any part of the Retreat based on the policy above.

I understand that any changes to my accommodation must be requested by November 1, 2025, are limited based on availability, and must be paid for immediately if there are any additional costs.

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By enrolling in the Re:Grounded/MBody Pilates Retreat at La Casa Amor, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my health, safety, and personal conduct throughout the duration of the Retreat. I understand that participation in Pilates, wellness activities, and excursions involves inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I agree to treat my body with respect, compassion, and care during all physical activities. I will inform Marcia Sheldon, Robin Krasner and/or any assistants or guest instructors of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may impact my participation. I understand that I may stop any activity at any time and that it is my responsibility to communicate discomfort or concern. I release Marcia Sheldon, Robin Krasner, Re:Grounded, MBody, assistants, guest teachers, and associated personnel from any liability for injuries or conditions that may occur during this Retreat.

Furthermore, I understand and agree that neither Re:Grounded, MBody, Marcia Sheldon, Robin Krasner, guest teachers, nor their representatives or affiliates shall be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity arising from participation in this Retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances resulting from acts of God, travel disruptions, personal illness, theft, civil unrest, governmental regulations, or actions of third-party vendors or transport providers. I understand that I am solely responsible for any associated costs or consequences resulting from such events.

I acknowledge that international travel carries risks that may include political instability, health concerns, or unexpected changes in transportation or accommodations. I agree that the Retreat Organizer (Re:Grounded/MBody) holds no responsibility for changes to the itinerary or additional expenses incurred, and I am encouraged to purchase personal travel, health, and cancellation insurance for my protection.

Lastly, I understand that the Retreat Organizer (Re:Grounded/MBody) assumes no responsibility or liability for any participant who voluntarily leaves the Retreat early or participates in activities not included in the official itinerary.

Retreat Price Includes:

6 nights accommodations at La Casa Amor
Two meals daily (breakfast and dinner)
One Pilates class/One Stretching class daily with Marcia Sheldon
Use of La Casa Amor facilities
Facility taxes and gratuities
Included Excursions based on Availability
Airport Transportation to/from Faro Airport to La Casa Amor

The Retreat Price Excludes the Following (but is not limited to):

Any/All Airfare
Additional Airport transfers
Spa or wellness center treatments
Optional excursions
Alcoholic beverages
Meals and drinks not included in the package
Passport or visa fees
Personal items and shopping
Travel meals and incidentals
Overweight baggage fees
COVID testing (on or offsite)
Travel and health insurance (strongly recommended)

Photo Waiver

I agree to grant to the teacher and authorized representatives’ permission to record photographs or video of my participation in the Retreat. I grant permission for the use of my likeness in photographs, videos, or other digital media (“photos”) in any of their publications, including web-based publications, without payment or consideration. I understand and agree that all photos become the property of the teacher and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the teacher to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and any right to royalties or compensation.

Additional Legal Clauses

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Participant shall indemnify, defend and hold Re:Grounded, MBody, Marcia Sheldon and Robin Krasner, and all of its agents, employees, officers, trustees, representatives, insurers, successors and assigns , harmless against and from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, judgments and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity (including, but not limited to those arising out of or in connection with any bodily injury or death) arising out of or in connection with Participant's participation at the Pilates Retreat at La Casa Amor Olhao, Portugal, , or from any act, omission, activity, work, or thing done, Permitted or suffere1d by Participant in or about the Premises and shall further indemnify, defend default in the performance of any obligation on Participant's part to be performed at the Premises, or arising from any act, neglect, fault, or omission of Participant, and from and against all costs, attorney's fees, expenses, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with any claim, action or proceeding brought thereof, and in case any action or proceeding be brought against Re:Grounded, MBody, Marcia Sheldon and Robin Krasner by reason of such claim, Participant, upon notice form Re:Grounded, MBody, Marcia Sheldon and Robin Krasner, shall defend the same, at Participant's expense, by counsel selected by Re:Grounded, MBody, Marcia Sheldon and Robin Krasner. Participant hereby waives all claims in respect thereof against Re:Grounded, MBody, Marcia Sheldon and Robin Krasner. The obligations of Participant arising by reason of any occurrence taking place during the time period the Participant utilizes the Premises shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

By booking and participating in this retreat, I verify that I have read, understand, and agree to all the terms above.
