Re:Grounded Retreat Agreement & Terms

Greece Retreat — Zakynthos, Greece

October 10 – October 17, 2026

  1. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Participants may choose one of the following payment options at the time of booking to secure their place in the Retreat:

Option 1: Pay in Full
Participants may pay the full retreat balance at the time of booking.

Option 2: 30% Deposit
Participants may secure their reservation by paying a non-refundable 30% deposit at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than August 15, 2026.

Failure to submit final payment by August 15, 2026 may result in cancellation of the reservation, and all payments made—including the deposit—remain non-refundable.

Reservations will not be held without either full payment or the required deposit.

Because retreat arrangements require advance financial commitments, including accommodations, staffing, and vendor services, all payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, medical issues, travel disruptions, or changes in availability.

Cancellations at any time after booking are therefore 100% non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for partial attendance, unused portions of the Retreat, or voluntary early departure.

Reservations may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from Re:Grounded.

If Re:Grounded cancels the Retreat, all payments made directly to Re:Grounded will be refunded. Re:Grounded is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to airfare, travel arrangements, insurance, or other personal costs.

Because retreat experiences involve reservations for accommodations, staffing, and local services, individual cancellations affect the entire group experience. For this reason, Re:Grounded strongly recommends that all participants purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage, as no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

CURRENCY & PAYMENT PROCESSING

All retreat pricing is established in euros (€). Prices displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and British pounds (GBP) are approximate and provided for reference and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Payments made by credit or debit card are processed securely through Stripe. When applicable, currency conversion is handled at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES

Payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a processing fee based on the card’s issuing country, which is added to the total at checkout.

Processing fees are typically:

  • ~2.99% for U.S.-issued cards
  • Up to ~5.49% for internationally issued cards

Fees may vary depending on the card issuer and payment processing conditions.

Guests may avoid this fee by selecting bank transfer as their payment method.

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS

Guests choosing to pay by bank transfer must ensure that the full U.S. dollar (USD) amount shown on the invoice is received by Re:Grounded.

Payments must match the USD amount invoiced, not the euro (€) or British pound (£) reference amounts displayed on the website.

Wire transfers must be sent in USD unless otherwise specified.

Any bank fees, intermediary charges, or currency conversion differences are the guest's responsibility.

Re:Grounded reserves the right to request payment of any material shortfall prior to confirming a booking.

  1. MINIMUM PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This retreat requires a minimum number of participants to operate.

If the minimum is not reached, Re:Grounded reserves the right to cancel the Retreat. In such cases, all payments made directly to Re:Grounded will be fully refunded. Re:Grounded is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to airfare or other personal travel arrangements.

  1. RETREAT PRICE INCLUDES
  • 7 nights’ accommodations across private villas Zakynthos,Greece
  • Daily yoga, mobility, and movement sessions led by Wade Karlin
  • Daily breakfast and shared dinners
  • Private boat experience exploring the Blue Caves and coastline
  • Cooking experience with Chef Panos
  • Curated retreat programming and group experiences
  • Transportation to all included experiences
  • Access to villa amenities (pool, outdoor spaces, and common areas)
  • Retreat coordination and concierge-level support
  • All local taxes and gratuities
  1. RETREAT PRICE EXCLUDES
  • Airfare and transportation to/from Greece
  • Airport transfers
  • Travel insurance
  • Meals not specified in the retreat schedule
  • Optional private sessions
  • Spa or wellness services booked independently
  • Personal purchases or retail items
  • Optional curated experiences
  • Travel before or after the retreat

Optional curated experiences (including private dining, guided hikes, and local experiences) may be offered during the retreat and are priced separately. These experiences are subject to availability and minimum participation requirements.

  1. PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participation in retreat activities—including yoga, movement sessions, curated experiences, and travel—carries inherent risks.

By attending, participants voluntarily assume all risks and release Re:Grounded, Robin Krasner, retreat instructors, assistants, staff, and affiliated personnel from liability for any injuries, illnesses, delays, losses, or damages that occur before, during, or after the Retreat.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • travel delays or transportation disruptions
  • weather or acts of God
  • participation in physical activity
  • use of third-party facilities or venues
  • loss or theft of personal belongings
  • actions of third-party vendors or service providers
  1. HEALTH & MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are responsible for determining that they are physically and medically able to participate in retreat activities.

Re:Grounded and its instructors are not medical professionals.

All activities are undertaken voluntarily and at the participant’s own risk.

Participants assume full responsibility for any injuries, illness, medical conditions, or health-related issues that may arise before, during, or after the Retreat.

Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary medical treatment and for all related costs.

Participants are encouraged to consult a physician before participating in physical activity if they have any medical concerns.

  1. OPTIONAL EXPERIENCES & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Optional curated experiences may be offered through independent local providers during the retreat.

Re:Grounded acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible or liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or services of third-party providers.

Participation is voluntary and subject to availability and minimum participation requirements.

  1. INSTRUCTOR & PROGRAM CHANGES

Re:Grounded reserves the right to substitute instructors, facilitators, or retreat leaders, if necessary, due to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or circumstances beyond its control.

Retreat programming, schedules, and activities may be adjusted as needed to maintain the overall quality and integrity of the retreat experience.

Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for refund, credit, or dispute.

  1. PROGRAM ADJUSTMENTS

Retreat schedules and activities may be modified due to weather conditions, vendor availability, safety considerations, or other logistical factors.

Participants acknowledge that retreat experiences may evolve due to local conditions, seasonal availability, or operational needs.

Such variations are considered a normal part of travel and do not constitute grounds for refund, credit, or dispute.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Re:Grounded shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • pandemics
  • government restrictions
  • airline disruptions
  • strikes
  • acts of God
  • political events
  • travel restrictions

Re:Grounded reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Retreat as necessary.

Refunds or credits, if any, will be determined at the sole discretion of Re:Grounded, considering non-recoverable expenses.

  1. ACCOMMODATION & VENUE CHANGES

If the scheduled property or accommodations become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Re:Grounded reserves the right to relocate the retreat to a comparable property or modify room assignments.

Every reasonable effort will be made to maintain a similar standard of accommodation and experience.

  1. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Re:Grounded reserves the right to remove any participant from the Retreat, without refund, if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or detrimental to the experience of other guests.

Participants removed from the Retreat will be responsible for any additional travel or accommodation expenses incurred.

  1. PHOTO RELEASE

Participants grant permission for Re:Grounded to photograph or film portions of the Retreat.

Images and videos may be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation.

  1. TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and ensuring they possess all necessary travel documents.

Re:Grounded is not responsible for travel disruptions, airline delays, missed flights, or transportation issues.

  1. LATE ARRIVAL & MISSED SERVICES

Re:Grounded is not responsible for missed activities, meals, or experiences resulting from delayed travel, late arrival, early departure, or other circumstances beyond its control.

No refunds or credits will be issued for any portion of the Retreat not attended.

  1. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Participants acknowledge that payments represent a confirmed reservation for retreat accommodations, programming, and services.

Participants agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute, participants agree to be responsible for any administrative, legal, or collection costs incurred by Re:Grounded.

  1. LEGAL TERMS

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
